The table has a yellow top with the words "Veuve Clicquot" printed on it, along with a water bottle, empty wine glasses, and cutlery. There are large yellow and white umbrellas providing shade.

Hi! I’m Kim!

Esthetician, Educator, Mom, Mentor, Fighter + Founder of Sugar CEO Collective.

I started this community because I wish something like it existed when I was getting started. I didn’t have a mentor, a roadmap, or anyone telling me which services would actually grow my business… or which ones would drain my energy for no real payoff.

A woman crouches in an arched outdoor corridor with stone flooring, wearing a white sleeveless jumpsuit and beige high heels, with open wooden doors behind her and lanterns hanging from the ceiling.

I figured things out the hard way — in real treatment rooms, with real clients, with real trial and error. And once I understood not just the how but the why behind building a successful esthetician career, I knew I wanted to teach it in a way that felt clear, supportive, and genuinely helpful.

That’s how the Collective was born.

A family of three sitting on a curved couch in a modern, well-lit indoor space. The man is wearing a brown coat, black hat, sunglasses, and has a beard. The woman has long blonde hair and is dressed in a patterned shawl and black boots. The child, laughing, is sitting on the man's lap, wearing a white and black striped shirt.

My Story (+ How I Got Here)

I’m an esthetician — through and through.
I’ve done the long days, the learning curves, the inconsistent bookings, the breakthroughs, the burnout scares, all of it.

Somewhere along the way, I realized:

  • Technique matters… but business strategy matters just as much

  • Brazilians aren’t just a service — they’re a studio builder

  • Systems are what give you your time (and sanity) back

  • Confidence comes from repetition, clarity, and support

  • And community is what keeps you growing

I also box, which surprises some people… But everything I’ve learned in the ring applies to this industry: discipline, focus, resilience, and knowing when to push vs. when to breathe.

Those values shape the way I teach: direct, honest, and always rooting for your win.

How I Teach (+ What You Can Expect From Me)

I’m not here to overwhelm you with jargon or make you feel like you’re “missing something.”
I believe education should feel empowering, not intimidating.

When you come to a training with me, you get:

  • Clear, step-by-step hands-on guidance

  • Zero gatekeeping — I tell you the real things I had to learn the hard way

  • A business-backed understanding of what grows your career

  • Encouragement, support, and direct feedback

  • A safe, judgment-free space to learn

  • Tools and strategies you can actually use the next day

My goal is simple:
to help you walk away with confidence, clarity, and direction.

What I Bring to the Collective

Real-world experience

Everything I teach comes from doing this work myself, not theory.

Business insight that actually matters

Pricing, menu strategy, client experience, service pairings… the things no one explained to me early on.

Support that doesn’t end after class

I’m still here! Through resources, tools, templates, and a community of esties walking the same path.

Boxer Energy

I show up fully. I’m in your corner. And I want you to walk into your next chapter with confidence.

A family of three sitting together on a curved beige sofa in a modern, stylish hotel lobby or lounge area. The man wears sunglasses, a wide-brimmed hat, a brown coat, and light-colored trousers. The woman has long blonde hair and is dressed in a tan shawl with fringes over black clothing and tall black boots. The child has short hair, a sweater with black and white patterns, and dark pants.

When I’m Not Teaching…

I’m a mom, which means my life is a blend of esties, baby’s schedule (+ snuggles), boxing gloves, and studio organization.

You’ll usually find me with my son, Matteo, the sweetest little reminder of why I work the way I do. Our home is full of baby toys, laughter, my doberman Reina, trying to steal the spotlight every chance she gets, and my partner, Pedro, in the middle of it all, always supporting me and this Collective with so much heart.

I’m also a big traveler at heart.
When I can, I’m either visiting my family in Germany or soaking up the sun, food, and culture in Mexico, two places that feel like home in completely different ways.

And yes… I absolutely love a good champagne moment. Whether it’s celebrating a win, surviving a long week, or just because (I’m a firm believer that there’s always something worth toasting to.)

I can’t wait to cheers to your new sugar certification and the start of your CEO era!
